The show is 45 minutes and includes:
~~Holly sharing a Hawaiian folk story
~~Hands-on playing with Hawaiian rhythm instruments
~~Learning some Hawaiian words and hula hand gestures
~~Hula lessons and dancing, dancing, dancing!
~~Additional costumes, including colorful, exotic feather headdresses, can be used to highlight several children as volunteers or just the guest of honor

A 30-minute program is available and includes all of the above except the 'dress-up volunteers' segment.

"Going Back to My Grass Shack"
for Seniors, 30-min and 45-min

Let's go back to Hawaii as Holly shares the music, songs and dances of the Isles. This tropically engaging program will have everyone dancing and singing along!

"Holly Nagel performed a "Hawaiian Stories and Dance" program to a sold-out crowd of families ranging in age from preschool to grandparents. It was a delightful and colorful program filled with interactive music, dance and storytelling that kept the kids and parents enthusiastically participating!

Holly was a pleasure to work with in every aspect. She was prompt and attentive from the very beginning, from booking the program all the way through the evening of her performance. She is very professional. She understands children, she manages the crowd well and paces her show just right to keep the kids going. The parents enjoyed watching their children perform alongside Holly--they even wanted pictures after the show!" Silvia Kraft-Walker, Glenview Public Library
