Get Inspired! is an unusual interactive presentation that offers motivation, encouragement and Holly's Toolbox of Ten---that is, ten tools everyone needs to live an inspired life. This is empowering in nature, uses balloons in certain segments for added fun, and includes ice breakers, team building, creativity and imagination. Customized and effective for corporate break-out sessions, circle groups and anyone who may want an extra lift!

Takeaways may include: 1) Resource list;   2) list of ten tools from the Inspiration Toolbox; 3) exercises for getting on the inspired track; 4) much laughter!

Hula Dancing Workshop is sensual movement and fun, perfect for all ages. Get ready to wiggle and sway as Holly teaches basic hula dancing steps, hand gestures and combinations, some hula history, and several graceful hula dances as well as the fast drum dances.  Can be run as a series, to fit needs of host.

Hula for Your Health can be performed while seated or standing as participants gently warm-up and get their bodies moving to the sounds of Hawaii. Using graceful hula gestures to beautiful and fun songs are easy on your body and on your mind!

Balloon Twisting Workshops are great fun and participants learn basics then make critters, crowns, accessories and decorations. Advanced workshops can be offered, too. Flexible with content, customized to fit needs of host and can run this program with a theme, and as a series.  Supplies provided, costs can vary depending on class size and duration. Tasks are empowering in nature and include: goal-setting, self-control, team building, creativity and imagination.
