Involving myself in my life is not an easy task.

It’s simply not as easy as breathing. Some days I’m tired and I’d much rather lay on the couch with my potato chips and remote control (and sometimes I certainly do!).

Involving myself in my life means…

I have to make lists.

I have to mark my calendar.

I have to write post-its to myself.

I have to set my alarm clock.

Involving myself in my life gets me in touch with the bunches of things I care about and I’m always, always glad I did.
